Eminem's ex Kim Scott was grieving the death of her mother before 'suicide attempt'

The 46-year-old writer - who is the ex-wife of rapper Eminem - was hospitalised following a suicide attempt on July 30. Her mother Kathy Sluck passed away on July 23 at the age of 65.
