Billboard Music Awards 2019: Chart-topping winners announced

The 2019 Billboard Music Awards brought out a bevy of superstars to the the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Wednesday. Taylor Swift kicked it off by performing her new song ME!.
