It's happening, people! Universal announced back in 2016 that a Wicked movie is officially in the works. After winning three Tony Awards in 2004 and practically launching the careers of musical legends Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenoweth, it goes without saying that Broadway fans everywhere are rejoicing.
